For over 15 years, Dean Davis has been structuring, completing, and managing equity investments in mid-sized manufacturing and commercial service companies. In 2002, Mr. Davis founded Granite Hill Equity, LLC to better apply his own dedicated approach to investing in and working with such companies. Our belief is that because every company is unique, every deal demands focused attention from start to finish. We work closely with ownership to assess each situation, structure the terms of the sale, see the transaction through to completion, and follow through to ensure that the company continues to grow and develop.
